INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION
To say that a
school is one of the gurus of the people does not say much. educational teacher
us to be one your individual. it has no choice of caste, religion, race, gender
and place. again, if i speak directly of school Educational institution that
provides a learning environment for students to learn under the guidance of
teachers. Schools can also be buildings designed for this purpose. education is
the civilization of life. From birth to death we learn anytime, as Education is
a continuous process. Education helps us to know the world very vastly as well
as reasonably. The formal education is one of the most important types of
education process. There are some organizations that responsible for the
impartation of school education. Government and Private sector both are taking
care of the responsibilities of the education.
Schools
are organized spaces purposed for teaching and learning. The classrooms where
teachers teach and students learn are of central importance. Classrooms may be
specialized for certain subjects, such as laboratory classrooms for science
education and workshops for industrial arts education.
CONCEPT
OF SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL SURVEY
Education Surveys for students can provide a way to
understand the opinion of students regarding their learning experience. Through
these surveys, students can give their feedback on faculty, academic and extra
curricular facilities, transportation and the overall school climate.
Social Education refers to an approach in social
studies education that emphasizes civic and democratic teaching as central to
the goals and outcomes of the field. It aims to prepare youth to engage in a
complex and diverse global world by focusing on citizenship and democratic
values
An educational survey allows you to
gather feedback and opinions from all the parties involved in the education
process, from students to teachers. Recollecting information is vital to make
decisions that improve the quality of the educational experience.
NEED AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SURVEY
Surveys are important
because they allow you to collect honest feedback and information. It provides
useful information that could be used to employ improvements and used to gain
an understanding of the behavior, preferences and opinions of a group of people
concerning a subject.
What is an education
survey, and why is it important? An educational survey allows you to gather
feedback and opinions from all the parties involved in the education process,
from students to teachers. Recollecting information is vital to make decisions
that improve the quality of the educational experience.
OBJECTIVES :
Education surveys can
be beneficial because they provide trustworthy information that can help
improve an institution's performance. Feedback from students, teachers, and
staff can help identify key areas for improvement.
Education is an
ever-evolving field, and surveys are an essential tool for universities to
gather information and insights on various important topics. From student
experience to learning design, surveys can help institutions understand
students' needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.

REVIEW OF SCHOOL
COMPARE
INTRODUCTION :
The
debate between the comparison of private and government educational institutes
will go on till eternity. Both have their own significance in their respective
fields. Both types of institutes have much to nurture and reproduce the future
champions of India. Is that only the schools who are responsible for the
development of the children? If
so, which could be better private or the Government ones? Many feel that the
private institutes are better over government schools, is that true? Private
school tend to have better infrastructure, higher teacher qualifications, and
often achieve better academic result than government schools.
REVIEW OF RELATED
Privet :
Private schools have better
infrastructure required for the physical and mental development of the child.
They can help with the required facilities for the students to learn their
lessons in a better way. The infrastructure can help them to have a practical
approach to education.
1. Private schools can also provide better sport activities and
equipments for the physical development of the children.
2. The private institutes are better in their approach towards
the psychological development of the children.
3. Private schools maintain better hygiene and environment which
could safeguard the health of the students.
Government
: Government school means a school established under section 5 of the
Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary
or secondary education. Government school means a school runs by the Department
of Education of the State Government

Government schools are affordable and
they provide the minimum required infrastructure to meet the basic needs.
2.
Private schools do not accommodate the
low economic group students. Right to education is the freedom for everyone,
and government schools provide education to all the children without any
partiality.
3. Government institutes also provide good salary to their
teaching and management faculties.

401 are the numbers of govt. school students and 262 are the
numbers of private school students whose are successes fully qualified in the
examination. The mean of Government schools students are 91.41% and 82.97%

clearly indicates that there is significant difference between the results of
government schools and private schools students.

Comparison
between Academic Achievement of Boy Students from Government and Private School
:
The total numbers of boys of government school is 249 and from
private school is 150 and indicated by the table 2. In the case of Government
school in the year of 2018, 73 students were appeared and among them 64 were
qualified. Like that, in the year of 2019 appeared students were 85 and
qualified students are 76; in the year of 2020, 91 were appeared and qualified
boys students were 89. So, among 249 government school boys students 229
students were qualified the exam that means, 91.97% students were qualified in
these years.
In the case of private school, appeared students in the years of
2018, 2019 and 2020 were – 54, 55 and 41 respectively. Among them all were
passed in the H.S.L.C Exams. That’s means 100% students were passed in these
years.

The
result clearly indicates that there is significant difference between the
academic achievement of boys of both Government schools and private schools.
Comparison
between Academic Achievement of Girl’s Students from Government and Private
School :
The
total number of girls in Government and private schools are 194 and 113
respectively, which is indicate at table 3. The total number of appeared ,
girls students of Government schools in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 were 35,
70 and 84 respectively, and pass students and their % were 28, 66 and 78
respectively and 80%, 85.7% and 92.86% respectively.
In
the case of private schools the appeared girls students were – 40, 32, and, 41
and passed students were 40, 31 and 41 respectively. Their percentage were
100%, 96.86% and 100% respectively.

To teach the students and evaluate their competencies the teacher
should make use of some effective techniques. In this study, we discuss or ask

METHODOLOGY
Methodology
:
The
research was conducted in Biswanath (Gohpur, Assam). The researcher, selected
the sample mainly from the 4 (four) school. Simple random sampling methodology
was used. Only secondary schools were selected for the study. The collected the
data from school record book and also used the questionnaire to know the view
of the teachers of the school.
Population
and Sampling :-
For
the research the researcher selected the four schools of Dhakuakhana. Among
them 2 are Govt. school and rest 2 are the private aided school. The sample
size was limited to 706 students. The study was conducted taking the gender and
school type as variables which contributed towards the academic achievement. In
the study 263 student are from private school and 443 are from government
school; among them 399 are male and 307are female.
FINDINGS
FINDINGS :
1.
It was found that 100% of government
schools and private schools provided coeducation at elementary level have availability
of drinking water
2.
It was found that both government and private schools at elementary
level have availability of adequate toilet facilities.
3.
It was found that co-curricular activities
are organized by both government and private schools at elementary level to a
good and satisfactory extent.
4.
It was found that 60% of government schools
evaluate the students after completion of every lesson, 80% evaluate the
students after completion of every unit and 100% evaluate the students at the
end of every month . On the other hand 100% of private schools at elementary
level evaluate the students after completion of every lesson , every unit and
also at the end of every month.
Objective of the Study:-

academic achievement of government and private schools.

To evaluate the academic achievement of
boy students of government and private school.

To compare the academic result of girls of government and private
school.

To compare the academic result of girls of government and private
school.

To evaluate the academic achievement between boys and girls of
government school.
6.
To evaluate the academic achievement between boys and girls of
private school.
7.
To find out the impact of the family on the performance of the
students.
8.
To find out how the education provided at these different schools
affects their mobility
Discussion and
Conclusion
Discussion and Conclusion :
This study is based on the academic achievements of the students from
government and private sector school. The result is that most of the time the
better performance is always shown by the private school’s students. But it is
also shown that with the rapid increased in the educational demand the
differences between the education of boys and girls are almost invisible. This
study also includes the educational methods and the evaluation process of those
schools. The most using educational methods are as follows, Lecture and
discussion method, Activity based method of teaching as well.
The study confirms that a student who experiences
inequalities on the basis of socio- economic background is again reinforced
inthe school where he/she attains his/her schooling through the diverse levels
of schooling provided which suits the different categories of students
belonging to different socio economic strata. Guardians prefer to opt for the
private institutions while onsidering the future of their children. Students
from the other districts of the state also migrate and enroll themselves in
these institutions for pursuing a better career. In the last two decades we
have seen such a general tendency of migration of students from government to
private schools. Only students . This study is based on the academic achievements of the students
from government and private sector school. The result is that most of the time
the better performance is always shown by the private school’s students. But it
is also shown that with the rapid increased in the educational demand the
differences between the education of boys and girls are almost invisible. This
study also includes the educational methods and the evaluation process of those
schools. The most using educational methods are as follows, Lecture and
discussion method, Activity based method of teaching as well.
To making the
education more strong the schools can take some initiatives, such as-
To
make the administrative system more strong, providing teacher training, aware
the teachers about the scientific based methods of teaching, reevaluate the
examination system, give more emphasis on the real life related education,
making a strong bonding among the stakeholders.
